Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the TidyPix application ("the App") developed by Tommy Ong. By downloading or using TidyPix, you agree to these Terms.

License

TidyPix is licensed to you under the Standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA). To the extent these Terms conflict with Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall govern.

Use of the App

TidyPix is a photo library management tool designed to help you identify and remove duplicate, similar, blurry, and large photos from your device. You may use the App for personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for the photos you choose to delete.

Photo Deletion

• All photo analysis and scanning is performed locally on your device.
• When you delete photos through TidyPix, they are moved to Apple's "Recently Deleted" folder where they remain recoverable for 30 days.
• After the 30-day recovery period, deleted photos are permanently removed by the iOS system.
• TidyPix is not responsible for any unintended deletion of photos. We recommend reviewing selected photos before confirming deletion.

Purchases

TidyPix offers a free tier with limited functionality and a one-time Pro upgrade via Apple's In-App Purchase system. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. The Pro upgrade is a non-consumable purchase that unlocks permanently on the purchasing Apple ID.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Tommy Ong. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

Disclaimers

TidyPix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of the App.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tommy Ong be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of TidyPix, including but not limited to loss of data or photos.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
